ORCA Centres | North Sea
I led the creative refresh of the ORCA Wildlife Centre on King Seaways and the Wildlife Nook on Princess Seaways, transforming both spaces using the new DFDS CVI to create a more immersive, educational, and engaging experience for passengers. This project required a strong balance of design leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on project coordination.
Working closely with on-board staff, ORCA’s conservation team, and internal marketing specialists, I developed updated visual concepts, educational displays, and wayfinding materials that aligned with the new brand system while reflecting ORCA’s mission. The project also involved managing installation planning with external suppliers, ensuring all deliverables were produced to spec, rights-compliant, and feasible for on board environments.
From design development to production logistics, stakeholder communication, translation workflows, and installation coordination, I oversaw the end-to-end process - delivering a refreshed on board experience that celebrates wildlife conservation and strengthens the DFDS-ORCA partnership.
