Newcastle port

I delivered the full creative refresh of Newcastle Port as part of the new DFDS CVI rollout, managing the project end-to-end from concept through installation. This involved coordinating with multiple stakeholders across marketing, OBS, and external suppliers to ensure every touchpoint across the port delivered a consistent, modern brand experience.

I oversaw all design production - creating signage, wayfinding assets, digital screens, and printed materials - while ensuring strict adherence to the new corporate visual identity. The project required extensive localisation and translation workflows, multiple approval rounds, and careful scheduling to minimise operational impact.

By combining strong project management, design execution, and stakeholder management, I successfully delivered a cohesive brand transformation that elevated the passenger journey and set a new benchmark for future port upgrades.
